Motivation..

The primary motivational tool that INNOVASEALS provides their employees is the self-improvement system, since every employee that enters can become a CEO of our organization, given that they prepare themselves to be able to perform it competitively, in a challenging environment.

1. - Challenges and aspirations.

A constant self-challenging spirit is the key to creativity and innovation.

The founder of INNOVASEALS has always established great challenges to lead our organization to a greater international presence and to be the supplier of the most demanding companies, which is why it is important for our team members to share this view.

2. - Flexibility (NOT Adaptability).

Presently, there are two kinds of companies; quick ones and bankrupt ones.

In order for INNOVASEALS to be successful, we need every employee from CEO to the janitors to never accept 100% the current situation and for them to be unsatisfied with the way things are, since it is easy to become accustomed to any given situation and never progress.

In a global environment, it is necessary to act fast and in order to do that, we need flexible employees to match our speedy changes and to deal with challenges that require us to think on our toes.

3. - Independence and Interdependence.

The Business spirit that drives INNOVASEALS is independent and requires that our employees be available to become independent and subsequently interdependent.

4. - Goal-Oriented (You Reap What You Sow)

Being goal-oriented is the most powerful tool at your disposal to be successful.

Most of the people that become part of our family don’t have this ability right off the bat, but we require of every new employee to keep this in mind because they will need to have this ability in order for them and the company to be successful.

The founder of INNOVASEALS is convinced that the old adage “you reap what you sow” is the only way to success and this through daily work and constant personal improvement of our staff, to reach the goals set by us.
