Our Culture



Philosophy:

We are a “non-conventional” company where:


  • We avoid the use of “academic or other titles” inside the company, since these distort communication and fail to promote teamwork geared towards a common objective.


  • We strive for “zero broken promises” , in our company there is no procrastination, we finish our duties and promises made.


  • We promote “sincerity” among all employees of the company, because this encourages trust and saves us the stress of lost time because of misunderstandings that have to be cleared up by the end of the day. This is not an issue with morale, and is an act of effective communication.


  • We remove borders at work to promote teamwork and to avoid having a specific workgroup deal with a huge workload or a null workload. We have a shared vision and objective, and so is our work.


  • We promote initiatives, not passive attitudes; our objectives should be challenging in order to create progress.


  • What was a success today should be our bare minimum tomorrow. .


  • Even if this is a lucrative venture, we know that working solely for this reason is too little, so we work towards an objective that supersedes financial gain. Although we must generate money, since it is a tool to facilitate our day to day activities.
